Trading and membership terms and conditions
§1. Payment options
Apex Lab - accepts the following payment methods: Payment cards, mobile pay and PBS
§2. Membership
Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred or shared.
Any changes in name, address, email, phone number or payment information must be notified to Apex Lab.
All courses run as an ongoing membership or by cash payment.
It is the client's responsibility to schedule and hold all purchased sessions within the agreed period. Sessions not held cannot be refunded or transferred to a later period unless otherwise agreed in writing with Apex Lab.
Temporary suspension of membership may be requested in the event of prolonged illness or injury. This requires a written request and a medical certificate and can last a maximum of 3 months. Suspension cannot be granted retroactively.
Coaches are expected to take a minimum amount of vacation or travel time during the year. Hours missed during the given period will not be refunded.
§3. Payment and Termination
Monthly memberships are paid automatically via PBS/automatic card payment.
Termination of membership: Current month + 1 month. Termination must be made in writing to gjelstruptraining@gmail.com .
Cash memberships cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.
Failure to pay: In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of DKK 100 will be charged. If payment is not made within 10 business days, your password will be deleted and the entire balance may be due for payment.
§4. Late payment

If a PBS payment or automatic card payment is not made on time, a reminder letter will be sent with a reminder fee of DKK 100.
§5. Health condition and personal injury
All training is done at your own risk.
Apex Lab and trainers are not liable for damages unless there is gross negligence.
It is recommended that members and clients have personal accident insurance.
§6. Teaching (Personal Training and Small Group Training)
Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before start.
Late cancellations will result in the class being lost.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email, SMS or another agreed platform.
§7. Changes in Opening Hours, Class Schedules and Prices
Apex Lab may make changes to opening hours and class schedules with 2 weeks' notice.
Apex Lab may be partially or completely closed during events.
Prices can be changed with 45 days' notice via email and on Apexlab.dk.
§8. Breach of contract

Threats, violent behavior, or gross disregard of the rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund of membership.
§9. Personal data and communication

By signing up, you consent to Apex Lab storing information about you and contacting you via phone, email and SMS.
§10. Force Majeure

Apex Lab is not responsible for closures or cancellations caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
§11. Suspension of Membership in the Event of Illness or Injury

Members may request temporary suspension for up to 3 months by written request with a medical certificate.
§12 – Right of withdrawal
When purchasing a membership, personal training or group training at Apex Lab, you agree that the right of withdrawal lapses immediately. This is because our services are personal and can be started immediately after purchase.
Memberships (subscriptions)
By signing up, you accept that your membership takes effect immediately and that the right of withdrawal thus lapses upon purchase.
This also applies if the membership is purchased online.
Personal training, small group training and tailored training programs
The right of withdrawal lapses upon purchase, as the services are personalized and planned immediately after purchase.
Other services and products
When purchasing any merchandise or other products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, unless otherwise stated.
